Where is your company based?
We are a small company based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates
What is your size guide?
We aim to cater for all women and all sizes. Our swimsuits are made of stretchy soft material for added comfort. Our size ranges from XS to XXL. Check out our size guide HERE before you place your order. We recommend you to take the required measurements at home before ordering your swimsuit.
How long will my order take?
Orders are processed by the next day and delivery updates will be provided. Depending on your location, orders can take up to 14 days. For most locations we have Express and Premium options. Both options provide tracking information.

What are your delivery time frames?
The estimated delivery date will be shown at the checkout when you place your order. You will also receive a confirmation email with your order and delivery details. If your delivery is past the estimated delivery date, please check the latest tracking information from the courier on the tracking link email. Can I refund or exchange a sale item?
Unfortunately, our sale items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
Can I change my order?
To make sure you receive your items ASAP, we start processing your order as soon as we receive it. This means that once your order has been placed and shipped, you will be unable to cancel it.

If you would like to change your order before it is shipped, please contact us ASAP to see if we can help. Dependent on stock we may be able to help your request. If the item is shipped we will be unable to process exchanges. You can return your item to us and place a new order to receive the item of your choice.
Can I change my address on Cash on Delivery?
Yes, if you are paying with cash on delivery within Dubai, you will be able to change your address when the delivering company rings you to confirm.
What is your Return Policy?
Unfortunately, due to the current situation with COVID-19 and to keep the highest health and hygiene protocols, we are not offering refunds on products unless they are faulty. Please communicate within the same day of receiving the item with clear pictures of the fault. If there has been a fault caused by the shipping company please provide images when the items are delivered. Please refer to our Exchange and Refund Policy for more information.
I haven’t received a Dispatch email/email Confirmation?
Please be aware an automated email is sent to you to the given email address when your order is dispatched. Please check all folders including your junk.
Can I track my item?
Yes. You will be sent a dispatch confirmation email as soon as your order has been processed. This email will also contain your tracking number. We also ask for a mobile number so our courier can inform you of the status of your order.
